Our Customers

These are unprecedented times and our concern goes out to all the community about the health, social and economic impact of Covid-19. Particularly those of our clients in the higher at-risk sectors.


As a responsible socially aware business, we have adopted practices in line with recommendations of the Federal and State Government Health and Work safe authorities. We do this while still providing the services we offer and ensuring the long-term financial stability of our business and security for our employees.

As part of the building industry, we do remain open for business.
Our Manufacturing facility, Installation and service teams remain operational and new lift lead times have not been affected. Our service teams continue under strict guidelines that protects the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees. We are practicing good hygiene and physical distancing.

Importantly for High traffic areas such as Medical centres, we have decided to apply additional PPE and cleaning measures that is designed to ensure lifts can still be maintained while protecting our service technicians’ and patrons using the lifts. This information will be provided at time of booking a service. 

Freight across Australia for our lifts and parts continues and most borders are allowing necessary across border business trips.

We Manufacture our own lifts in Australia

We can advise our lead times remain at 12 – 14 weeks. In special cases we can achieve less. We manufacture our lifts in Dandenong Victoria and capacity and inventory levels have not been impacted by Covid 19. We continue to take new lift orders and can supply and install for the foreseeable future.

We have had a number of builders approach us recently to supply lifts in short lead times as their imported lift had been delayed by shutdown of Lift companies in China and Europe.   Our showroom remains open; however, we ask you pre book an appointment so we may limit the number of visiting customers. Onsite meetings continue and our staff have sanitiser and wipes on board their vehicles.
